Designated Employers must submit Employment Equity documents (EEA2 and EEA4) to the Department of Labour by 1 October annually (Electronic submissions allowed until 15 January annually)

The Employment Equity process should be an ongoing process and can take months to get in place – please start early during the year to ensure that you meet all the requirements in time!
