Psychometric Testing


Psychometric tests are tests, exercises or questionnaires designed by psychologists, which measure cognitive, behavioral and personality constructs of an individual. “Psychometric” means mind measurement. Psychometric testing has been found to be the most successful method of predicting job performance.

Psychometric testing can be used for many reasons within organisations, including:

  • Recruitment and selection
  • Career guidance
  • Team building
  • Conflict management
  • Management development
  • Identifying training needs
  • Leadership development
