HR Consultant

Beyond Consulting has an opportunity for an energetic, dedicated HR Consultant who can assist with the outsourced HR function that Beyond Consulting provides as a service to our clients (including aspects such as recruitment and selection, psychometric testing, job descriptions, organograms, performance appraisals, counselling, HR policies & procedures, adherence to relevant legislation etc.). The Consultant must be fluent in English and Afrikaans.

This is a fixed term (3 month) contract. The position is based in Weltevredenpark, Johannesburg. Travelling will be required to clients (30 km radius from the office).
The salary is negotiable.
The criteria for this position are as follows:

  • Minimum Honnours degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management
  • Preferably registered as a Psychometrist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
  • Minimum 5 years general HR experience
  • Good understanding of labour law and relevant legislation
